With three new tracks, Cr&amp, m, an artistic trio that combines external, online elements with complex rhythms and melodies, builds on their meteorological and textural sound. ” Karvol” is a dark, brooding record that opens with cold, external tones, gradually building as modern looks dominate the structure. Organic, slower rhythms eventually emerge, adding detail and driving the track ahead. The quest culminates in a breakbeat-like chorus, with vociferous patterns shaping the feelings in the background. This monitor combines environment with a simple yet powerful feeling of motion, slowly enticeing the listener into its growing structure.

Formed during lockdown after a decade-long break, Cr&amp, m evolved from a group of high school buddies who played live gigs in the early 2000s. What started out as a popular channel in Camden’s live music scene has since evolved into an exploratory job as a result of their various musical journeys over the past ten years. Pulling on influences from traditional, external, rock, drone, and jazz, the trio layers natural instrumentation with traditional synths and foley to produce richly textured, external compositions.
