The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White, the actor and comedian Marc Maron, has been added to the cast of Bruce Springsteen’s historical play Deliver Me From Nothing.

The upcoming film may center on Springsteen’s praised 1982 record Nebraska, with White taking on the role of the famous singer. It is written and directed by Scott Cooper, based on the book Give Me from Somewhere: The Making of Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska by Warren Zanes.

Give Me From Nothing hails from Disney’s 20th Century Studios. It is now being shot in New York and New Jersey.

In Deliver Me From Nothing, Maron is scheduled to play music developer Chuck Plotkin, according to Variety. He may be joined by Gaby Hoffmann as Springsteen’s mother, Adele Springsteen, and David Krumholtz as audio executive Al Teller.

The rest of the cast members include Jeremy Powerful as Springsteen’s manager Jon Landau, Paul Walter Hauser as recording expert Mike Batlan, Odessa Young, Stephen Graham, Johnny Cannizzaro, and Harrison Gilbertson.

Per the tale information (via Variety ), Deliver Me From Nothing “follows Springsteen during the development of his 1982 album ‘ Nebraska,’ a stripped-down record that marked a imaginative shift from the anthemic’ Born to Run’ and’ The River.'”

Maron is best known for his long-running regular audio Hell with Marc Maron. He is also known for starring in Netflix’s comedy-drama GLOW, as well as The Horror of Dolores Roach, The Order, Genie, To Leslie, Respect, Stardust, Spenser Confidential, Joker, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, and Flock of Dudes, among people.

Hoffmann began her career as a child performer, with starring roles in 1989’s Field of Dreams, Uncle Buck, 1992’s This Is My Life, and 1993’s Sleepless in Seattle. She took a break from acting and returned in 2007, having starred in Removed Ways, Crystal Fairy &amp, the Magical Cactus, Veronica Mars, and Manhattan Romance, among people.

However, Krumholtz is known for his tasks in Numb3rs, Slums of Beverly Hills, The Santa Clause, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, and Oppenheimer.
